Meatloaf with a twist.

This is the number one requested dish in my house. I hope you like it too!

1 lb of ground beef
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon onion flakes
1/2 teaspoon parsley
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon celery seeds
1/4 teaspoon garlic
1/2 lb sharp cheddar cubed ( I would not use shredded cheese)

1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar

Set oven to 350 degrees. Mix all the ingredients (beef, panko bread crumbs, milk, egg, onion, parsley, paprika, celery seeds, garlic and cheese) together by hand. Form into a loaf and place in a roasting pan.  In a small sauce pan mix ketchup and brown sugar, heat until warm; set aside. Bake meatloaf for 45 to 50 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden brown; pour glaze on top.
