Baked flaxseed chicken cutlets

Ingredients
*4 skinless boneless chicken breast cutlets ( Total about 1 pound) pounded to about a 1/4″ thickness
3/4 cup ground flaxseed
1/4 cup almond flour
*Oil ( I use avocado oil)
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon parsley
1/8 teaspoon salt
Pinch of pepper
*I use organic food whenever possible, a little more pricey but worth it!
It’s okay if you don’t use organic but definitely try to.

Supplies
Baking sheet
Foil( Parchment paper makes the chicken gummy on the bottom)
Gallon size  plastic bag
Cutting board
Plastic wrap
Meat tenderizer hammer

Preparation
Set oven to 350 degrees. Combine the ground flaxseed, almond flour, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper in the gallon size bag and set aside. Place the foil on the baking sheet and lightly oil. Place the chicken you have already pounded and place in the gallon size bag and shake until the chicken is completely coated, then place chicken on baking sheet. Repeat until all chicken is coated and placed on the baking sheet.

Bake for 15 to 20 mins. ( Every oven is different so keep an eye out for when the chicken is sizzling and the edges are browned.)
